Terms of Service

Weckr provides AI cost and margin tracking infrastructure for SaaS applications. The SDK wraps your LLM client and logs request metadata; the dashboard exposes per-user and per-feature cost/margin breakdowns plus pricing & model-swap recommendations.

• You are responsible for keeping your wk_ API key secure. Treat it like any other secret — do not commit it to public repositories or share it in MCP configs you don’t fully trust.
• You must not use Weckr to track end users without appropriate disclosure in your own privacy policy. The userIdfield is yours to populate — we recommend a hashed or pseudonymous identifier.
• You must not abuse the free tier with automated request spam. We enforce per-key rate limits and reserve the right to suspend keys exceeding fair use.

Weckr is provided as-is. We target 99.5% monthly uptime on the ingest endpoint and publish status, but we make no SLA guarantees on the free plan. The SDK is designed to fail open on our outages — your customers’ LLM calls keep working even if Weckr is unreachable.

The free plan is free forever for the stated limits. Paid plans are billed monthly and you can cancel anytime from the dashboard. We’ll never auto-upgrade you without an explicit click.

Weckr is not liable for decisions made based on cost or margin data provided by the service. The recommendations (cheaper models, pricing) are informational; you remain responsible for the configuration of your application.
