Pricing intel
Per-plan pricing recommendations based on this month's cost-per-user for Acme AI.
- Step 1Declare the plan and its price
In the Weckr constructor: plans: { free: 0, starter: 9, pro: 29 }. The number is what the user pays you per month; it becomes the revenue side of margin.
new Weckr({ apiKey, plans: { pro: 29 } }) - Step 2Send the plan name with each call
Pass plan: user.plan in the options of every wk.chat call, next to userId and feature. Names are case sensitive and must exist in the plans map, or the SDK throws before the call.
wk.chat(openai, { ...opts, userId, feature, plan: 'pro' }) - Step 3The plan appears here on its own
As soon as one logged event carries the new plan name, it shows up in Pricing intel, Users and Settings. Nothing to create in the dashboard.
- Step 4Then set its cap
In Settings, give the plan a monthly cap and choose what happens on a hit: block the call or downgrade to a cheaper model.

Two levers per plan: re-price to the suggested number, or set a spending cap so an unprofitable cohort cannot leak past a monthly ceiling. Both are linked from each plan.
